HIGH MOUNTAIN-OOLONG TEA

產於海拔 1000 公尺以上的茶葉，因高山氣候冷涼，平日日照短，致茶芽所含兒茶素類等苦澀成分降低，而可溶氮等甘味之成分提高，滋味甘醇，耐沖泡為其特色。

 

The tea grows at the plantation 1000 meters above sea level. Due to cool climate and brief sunlight exposure, the sprouts of High-Mountain Tea contain less Vitter ingredients, such as Catechins. Even if you brew the tea several times, sweetness and aroma can still keep for a long time.

 

氣溫が低く､日照時間か短い海抜1000 メートル以上の高山で育つ茶葉は､新芽に苦み成分(カテキン等)が少ないため､味わい深い甘みがあります。

 

 

松柏長青茶

產於南投名間鄉松柏嶺的松柏長青茶，原名「埔中茶」或「松柏坑茶」，民國64年由當時的行政院長蔣經國先生改命此名，為歷史較早的茶區。
